• All pay stubs from the last 30 days.

• Proof of any other income such as child support, social security, retirement, etc.

• 2 most recent bank statements (all pages)

• Most recent 401K statement or evidence of any other assets such as bonds, stocks, or money saved in any other type of retirement program. (all pages)

• Copy of ID/DL 

• Copy of permanent residency card or employment authorization card. (if applicable)

• Divorce decree (if applicable)
